Technical Project Manager (Salesforce)
At Modelit, we are looking for a skilled and motivated Technical Project Manager to support the delivery and execution of Salesforce-based products and customer initiatives across our portfolio.
This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams managing multiple concurrent workstreams across product development, enhancements, customer initiatives, and ongoing delivery activities. The initial focus will be on supporting a Salesforce AppExchange product, with opportunities to contribute to additional projects and initiatives over time
The ideal candidate combines strong execution and organizational skills with a technical and product-oriented mindset. This person should be comfortable managing Jira boards, coordinating priorities across streams, tracking delivery metrics, identifying risks early, and maintaining clear communication with both internal teams and customer stakeholders.
This is a highly execution-focused role with strong ownership expectations. We seek a customer-centric and delivery-oriented professional with excellent organizational and communication skills, capable of managing multiple moving pieces while driving accountability, execution, and delivery predictability across the team. The ideal profile is someone proactive, detail-oriented, and process-driven, who can balance collaboration, customer priorities, and continuous improvement in fast-paced and evolving environments, with excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee delivery activities across multiple concurrent workstreams within a dedicated customer team
Manage Jira boards, workflows, dashboards, sprint tracking, and backlog visibility
Ensure clear prioritization, dependency management, and alignment across engineering, product, QA, and stakeholders
Track and report delivery metrics such as throughput, cycle time, and release progress
Identify blockers, delivery risks, and scope changes early, and proactively drive mitigation plans
Facilitate ceremonies and release coordination
Help maintain predictable delivery timelines and execution quality across the team
Work closely with customer stakeholders to ensure priorities align with business and customer needs
Support coordination of releases, testing activities, and cross-team dependencies
Manage communication and status reporting across technical and non-technical stakeholders
Contribute to process improvements and operational maturity within the team
Leverage AI-enabled tools and frameworks to improve planning, reporting, documentation, coordination, and team productivity, with critical thinking and accountability for AI-generated outcomes
Manage multiple Jira boards and workstreams simultaneously while maintaining visibility and execution quality
Requirements
Experience working within the Salesforce ecosystem
3+ years of experience managing software development, SaaS product delivery, or technical project coordination roles
Experience working in agile environments with engineering and product teams
Strong hands-on experience with Jira, including boards, workflows, dashboards, filters, and reporting
Experience coordinating multiple concurrent workstreams or projects
Strong organizational, communication, and follow-through skills, with the ability to manage multiple moving pieces effectively
Advanced written and spoken English
Strong understanding of agile delivery metrics and execution tracking
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, customer-facing, and evolving environments
Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills
Customer-centric mindset with focus on execution, delivery outcomes, and continuous improvement
Comfortable working with AI-enabled tools and modern delivery frameworks
Nice to Have
Experience with Salesforce AppExchange products or SaaS platforms built on Salesforce
Experience working with Salesforce consultants, admins, developers, or product teams
Familiarity with release management processes for Salesforce-based products
Experience with AI productivity or delivery tools
Scrum Master or Agile certifications are a plus
