Account Manager
At Modelit, we are looking for an Account Manager with a strong commercial profile, results-oriented mindset, and solid communication skills, capable of developing and growing existing accounts.
This person will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities within current clients, building long-term relationships, and ensuring business continuity.
We are looking for someone practical, with good judgment and the ability to adapt to changing environments, who can work effectively with both technical and commercial teams.
Modelit works on implementing and developing solutions on Salesforce, so this role requires understanding how the platform is used across different businesses. You don’t need to be technical, but you do need to understand the services we provide and be able to explain them clearly to clients
Responsibilities
Manage and develop a portfolio of existing and new clients.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within accounts.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Understand client needs and propose practical solutions based on Salesforce.
Work closely with delivery, engineering, and sales teams to ensure execution.
Track client satisfaction and project continuity.
Lead commercial and follow-up meetings in English and Spanish.
Prepare commercial proposals and presentations.
Identify risks within accounts and act proactively.
Requirements
+3 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or consultative sales roles.
Experience managing accounts and driving growth within them.
Advanced English (spoken and written) – required.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand technology solutions and explain them clearly.
Knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.) or experience working with the platform.
Familiarity with AI tools, AI Skills, and general knowledge of the Salesforce AI ecosystem and related technologies.
Organized, self-driven, and results-oriented profile.
Ability to adapt and work across different teams.
Experience working with international clients.
Nice to Have
Experience working with Salesforce Consulting Companies or in companies that implement it.
Salesforce certifications.
Knowledge of integrations, data, or related tools.
Experience in tech companies.
Experience working with agile methodologies.
