Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) Consultant
At Modelit, we are looking for a skilled Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience designing and implementing marketing automation solutions within Salesforce's ecosystem, along with the ability to lead client discovery and translate business needs into scalable, high-impact solutions.
We seek an organized, strategic professional with a strong client-facing mindset, who brings proven experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, with excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Responsibilities
Lead discovery sessions to uncover marketing, sales, and engagement goals across diverse client organizations, translating complex requirements into clear user stories with defined acceptance criteria.
Design scalable, best-practice marketing automation solutions tailored to each client's maturity and goals, collaborating with Solution Architects and cross-functional delivery teams.
Own end-to-end configuration of MCAE environments, including email templates, engagement programs, forms, landing pages, automation rules, dynamic content, lead scoring and grading models, and segmentation lists, ensuring quality and validation of all implemented solutions before client sign-off.
Define and implement integration requirements between Marketing Cloud Account Engagement and Salesforce CRM, ensuring seamless, validated connectivity.
Design and deliver role-specific training (marketing, sales, and admin audiences) and produce clear documentation, playbooks, and enablement assets to drive user adoption.
Analyze campaign performance data and deliver insight-driven recommendations, identifying enhancement opportunities across existing automations and client processes.
Contribute to internal best practices, delivery methodology, and solution accelerators, staying current with Salesforce product roadmap updates.
Requirements
3+ years of experience with Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot).
Experience working within a Salesforce consulting or services environment.
Strong understanding of marketing automation, lead lifecycle management, and campaign strategy.
Proven ability to gather requirements and translate them into user stories and actionable solutions.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and its integration with Account Engagement.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Nice to Have
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Pardot Specialist, Pardot Consultant, Salesforce Administrator).
Experience with data management, segmentation strategies, and reporting.
Experience in the human services or nonprofit space.
Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
Experience working with remote teams.
