Salesforce Administrator
At Modelit, we’re seeking a highly responsive Salesforce Administrator to support a leading commercial real estate brokerage. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in an environment where quick, accurate execution is essential. You’ll ensure the company’s Salesforce platform runs smoothly and supports day-to-day agent and operations needs - including reporting, automations, and data management. This position requires availability during Pacific Time (PT) business hours (8 a.m. – 5 p.m.)
Responsibilities
- Provide real-time support for user requests (unlock accounts, update permissions, fix data issues).
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and leaderboards for management and agents.
- Troubleshoot and repair flows, automations, and integrations - including Zapier connections to Google Drive.
- Support compliance workflows (e.g., document tracking and DR submissions).
- Maintain data accuracy by identifying and resolving duplicates, broken links, and validation errors.
- Implement small enhancements, page layout changes, and field updates as needed.
- Generate marketing and e-blast lists, CoStar award reports, and other data pulls on demand.
- Collaborate with staff and agents to define reporting needs and ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor and maintain dashboards that track transactions, pipeline, and agent performance.
- Coordinate with leadership to identify opportunities to simplify and improve workflows.
Requirements
- Must be available during Pacific Time (PT) business hours.
- 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience (Salesforce Certified Administrator preferred).
- Strong reporting, dashboard, and automation skills.
- Comfortable managing user permissions, validation rules, and object relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to handle multiple small requests quickly and accurately.
- Experience working remotely with distributed teams.
