Business Development Representative
At Modelit, we are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) with at least 1 year of experience in sales or business development. This person will play a key role in generating business opportunities, collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to identify, reach out to, and qualify prospects. We want someone proactive, with excellent communication skills, and eager to learn and grow within the organization and the tech industry.
Responsibilities
- Research and prospect potential clients through different channels (LinkedIn, email, calls, events, etc.).
- Make initial contact with prospects, identify needs, and qualify leads.
- Coordinate meetings between prospects and the sales team.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation strategies.
- Analyze metrics and results to propose improvements in prospecting processes.
- Stay updated on the market, trends, and competitors.
- Meet established monthly and quarterly goals.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a BDR, SDR, sales, or related role.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Proactive, organized, and results-oriented profile.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new environments.
- Advanced conversational English.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Salesforce solutions and ecosystem
- Experience in B2B or technology environments.
- Knowledge and use of Apollo or other prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, etc.).
- Familiarity with sales performance metrics and KPI analysis.
