We’re looking for someone proactive, detail-oriented, organized, eager to learn, adaptable, growth-driven, and most importantly who enjoys teamwork!

Responsibilities

• Actively source qualified candidates using various recruitment channels and tools.
• Keep internal talent databases up to date.
• Build and manage a talent pipeline aligned with the technical requirements of each role.
• Reach out to candidates, present job opportunities, generate interest, and conduct reference checks.
• Manage and execute the entire talent acquisition process from end to end.
• Assist in preparing area reports and metrics.
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for our People processes.
• Support the team in organizing events, after-office gatherings, and internal workshops.
• Collaborate with the People team on onboarding, professional development, and talent marketing initiatives.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 1- 2 years of experience in IT recruitment processes.
• Advanced English skills (spoken and written).
• Strong sourcing and recruitment skills.
• Experience using ATS platforms (Applicant Tracking Systems).
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing and reaching out to talent.
  

Nice to Have

• Experience or interest in Talent Marketing / Employer Branding.
• Familiarity with onboarding processes and internal organizational culture events.
• General knowledge of roles in the Salesforce ecosystem (e.g., Salesforce Developers, Administrators, Consultants, Architects).
