At Modelit, we are looking for a skilled and motivated Data Analyst–Engineer to join our growing team. This role is central to shaping our data ecosystem by building robust data models, preparing clean and scalable datasets, and enabling powerful decision-making through advanced modeling.

You will play a key role in developing and maintaining data infrastructure and curated datasets that support internal reporting, analytics, and machine learning workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable SQL pipelines to support enterprise-level analytics and reporting needs.
• Develop and evolve data models to ensure consistent, high-performance data access for business users.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business questions into structured analyses and deliver actionable insights.
• Create and manage reusable datasets and views in Redshift (or similar platforms) to support self-service reporting.
• Design and implement intuitive dashboards using ThoughtSpot.
• Support and enhance data documentation and governance to maintain transparency, data integrity, and reproducibility
  
  

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in SQL with experience handling large and complex datasets.
• Solid understanding of modern data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling techniques.
• Familiarity with the modern data stack, including tools such as dbt, Airflow, Redshift, or Snowflake.
• Ability to clean, transform, and convert raw data into business-ready insights.
• Strong skills in data visualization, preferably with experience in ThoughtSpot.
• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities with both technical and non-technical teams.
